The costs depend on the size of the database.  So a high valued service is also available in small database environments for moderate costs.

Once:

• setup and DB check for 680.- € all-inclusive per server

• expenses outside of Munich:

  southern region (Bavaria/BW) 150 €, northern region 250 €, foreign countries on demand

Monthly:

• 149,- € attendance and support per attended database server

• from 29,- € for the local backup system (when needed)

• 35,- € for up to 3 GB of compressed and with us secured data, prices for further data volumes conform with our price list ReBack

As needed:

• at works in consultation or after demand of the producer and/or the customer such as

• setup of updates

• setup of security patches

• further attendance

costs are calculated according to the effort: 105.- € per hour

To all prices, the actually valid VAT must be added.

The duration is 12 months; after these 12 months, the contract is monthly cancelable.  You get a monthly account with the exact representation of the used storage volume.
