A database is robust and reliable if it is attended in the right way.  An optimal installation together with a good backup concept guards you safely from bad experiences.  We take over the permanent control of the database for you and react pro actively as soon as the database must be extended for example or even if it is disrupted.

 

The data is saved with our backup service ReBack and is stored once locally for a fast restore.  With your personal key, this data is encrypted at a high grade, compressed, and stored in our data center.  This is a secure saving for you.

 

With this service, you are well protected against the loss of your data and can trust to have a competent contact person for problems.

 

 

Prerequisites:

 

• internet connection with 256 KB upload or more

• for the pro active attendance, you need a fixed IP address or a dyndns.org method for the access to your server (we can configure this for you, costs according to the effort)

• access to the DB server over Remote Terminal or SSH

• an attendance contract with the producer of your database
